Terms and Conditions
Booking information.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking with us and the first name person travelling on the booking must be at least 18. When you make your booking a contract is made when we confirm your booking
Booking Requests
Requests are subject to availability and should be discussed with the consultant. Any changes after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.
Confirmation
All bookings will be confirmed in writing on receipt of booking fees and hotel availability notification. Spa break packages will be agreed at time of booking any additional treatments may be booked and paid for during your stay direct with the hotel.
Payments
A non-refundable booking fee of £50 per head is required to secure your spa break at your chosen hotel plus a deposit for your spa treatments or additional services. You may pay by debit/credit card or by cheque payable to ‘The Spa Breakers Ltd’. If paying by credit card an extra charge of 2.5% will be taken. The balance of the payment should be paid to the hotel on the day/or previous evening of departure. Any additional treatments, meals or services requested will be agreed and paid for prior to departure or direct to service supplier. We operate a voucher scheme for additional services or excursions.
Cancellation by client
Cancellation of a confirmed booking will result in losing any deposits and booking fee paid. The hotel may incur charges depending on lateness of cancellation.
Information Waiver
We give all information and make all statements in good faith, and take all reasonable steps to verify such information but shall not in any event be liable for any errors or inaccuracies in any such statements or information, whether given orally or in writing.
Data Protection Act
In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your expectations we need to use the information such as name, address, any special requirements etc. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information onto the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/ immigration if required by them or as required by law.
Passports and Insurance
All clients are themselves responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport, and adequate travel and health insurance.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
We take your health and safety seriously and have made every effort to ensure your chosen hotel meets the EEC regulations, however we will not be held responsible should any traveller be unfortunate enough to suffer an injury during their stay. Adequate health and travel insurance must be taken out before travel and if necessary a doctors note stating fitness to travel and to undertake spa treatments.
Flights
At this time we are unable to arrange flights for clients as on-line low cost airlines offer better rates through the internet. The package price therefore includes accommodation, breakfast and/or half board (depending on hotel choice) and spa treatments.
OTHER
All agreements between the passenger and us shall be governed by English Law and within the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.
